Search shows results as you type. Senders, subjects and contacts now appear right away, and the rest follows a moment later without moving the row you are on. With Ask AI set up, search also looks inside the emails themselves, so a word further down a message is found too, with the passage around it.
Search one inbox, or all of them. With several accounts, the bottom of the search window says which inbox you are searching. Search all inboxes widens it in one click, and Only followed by the account brings it back.
[Gmail] Reply from the right address. Talanoa now knows your Gmail “Send mail as” aliases. Pick one in Send from in the composer, and a reply to an email you received on an alias goes out from that alias automatically.
Shared links can carry the attachments. In the Share window, tick Include the attachments and the files travel with the link, encrypted like the email (25 MB per file, 50 MB in total, and the link lasts 30 days at most). You can also choose What to share: this email only, or with the earlier messages quoted in it.
All your shared emails in one place. A new Shared screen in the sidebar lists every email you shared with a link, so you can copy a link again or disable it. A shared email also shows a small link mark next to its time.
Share from a conversation. Every message bubble now has Share in its more actions menu, not only emails opened in the classic reader.
[Gmail] People you write to stay out of spam. When Gmail files a new email as spam but you have already written to that sender, Talanoa moves it back to your inbox and with your people.
Power Mode is now called Pro. Same features, a simpler name.
