Yes — the iOS & Android app is in beta for the moment. It's included in Power Mode at no extra cost, and it's local-first like the desktop app: your mailbox stays on your phone and syncs straight from your provider. It's not on the App Store or Google Play yet — open the desktop app and go to Settings → Devices → "I want to be a beta tester", or email [email protected] to get an invite.
